Yes. Long time no see.


I’ve been busy friends, very very busy. Life has thrown every possible thing at me these past few months. But that’s a story for another day.


With life being to hectic, including my laptop breaking down, I haven’t been able to workout or eat as healthy. I don’t think I’ve gained much weight…in any case I am not worried about that.


What i am worried about is losing the strength, energy, stamina, enthusiasm, discipline, etc I’ve built over the past few years by working out consistently.


I tried to use the gym but as you can see in these pictures, my apartment gym REALLY REALLY SUCKS! and we moved to a new complex that has no gym, plus it’s frigid outside my friends…frigid!


…been trying to do a few things here and there but i have my in-laws plus other family members visiting¬†for the holidays so I am super busy but most importantly, our apartment is super-packed right now so my workout space is now a family member’s ¬†sleeping space.


I’m trying my friends. I’ll keep you posted.
