Here I am showing off my favorite part of my body…my arms 🙂
My arms are my favorite part to train and even when I am not directly training my arms, like when I am doing a butt exercise as shown above, my arms are still working.
Working them glutes! Been working very hard to build some muscle on my lower body.
I love plank work: planks, push-ups, mountain climbers, etc. They are a great way to work the entire body and build muscle all over.
A great way to increase your stamina and endurance is to alternate working out your body parts. For example start with your upper body (arms), then move to your lower body, (this allows your upper body to rest), then move to your core, then … etc. You get the point.
A lot of fitness people have days where they work out a specific part of their body eg. leg day, arm day, sholders, glutes, etc. I don’t do that because I am not able to work as hard. Everyday I workout is a full body day. So if you’ve tried one type and it ain’t working, give the other a try 🙂
I also love working out multiple parts at once, that way I can work out for a shorter period of time, with similar results. For example this is a weighted jump squat. The weights are working my upper body, the jumps is working on my cardio, endurance, stamina, legs, core; and the squat is of course working out my lower body.
