Today’s post focuses on the core.
It’s called the core for a reason…it is central and foundational. Therefore strong core, strong body.
They’ll leave your core sore but the results are so worth it
The basic leg switch can be modified in many ways…like adding these punches.
Scissor crosses are also great for the core. Add in a resistance band to increase resistance, make it harder, and yield results!
You can make any move as hard or as easy as you want it by increasing or decreasing resistance, or by increasing or decreasing range of motion.
Remember to stretch after every workout.
