Going to try to keep it short and sweet today
I love today’s combo because it is a super affordable one. I got the pants on sale for about $7 and the top for about $3. The shoes were free 🙂

When I struggled to roll out of bed at 6am to get my workout in, I further proved that I workout because I love myself and my body and I want to keep treating it right. If you’re struggling to stay consistent with your health and fitness goals because you hate your body…try loving your self and you might be shocked at the result.
So today, my message is simple, forget society’s standards of beauty and love yourself! It makes a world of difference. I would know, I tired it!
Great glute exercise. Toe pointed to the sky or toes pointed toward your nose, you’ll be working your butt off either way…literally!
Do your best and forget the haters. I still have a lot of haters telling me I need to eat more and stop exercising because I look anorexic. My answer to them is always the same: “Look at these damn thighs” lol
I know this post was all over the place…I’ll try to keep it together next time 🙂
But the message is simple…Love yourself enough to do something good for you (aka eating right and exercising) and don’t give the haters the time of day.
