Eating season is upon us and as you can tell, I have been holding back…not. Cheat meals quickly became cheat days (but I can’t even blame that on the holidays. I’ve always had cheat days) and cheat days have now turned into cheat weeks. lol and as you can tell my core is paying the price.
I think my arms still look pretty good though 😉
Anyway, onto more important things. Even though my diet is not as clean as it should be during this season, I am doing my best to stick to my workout routine so that I do not lose the strength and endurance I’ve built throughout the year.
For my workout today, I’m wearing easily the most comfortable workout tank I own. The Victoria’s Secret sport crop top is a little pricey for a workout tank but with the numerous VS coupons, I never pay full price for anything at VS anymore.
Tip: I am signed up for angel rewards so I get a ton of coupons, discounts and freebies in the mail. In addition to that, I get points for each purchase I make with double (sometimes triple points) on bras, including sports bras. After every $250 points, I get a $10 reward.
My pair of shorts is from ASICS (I LOVE ASICS). I love their gear; always so colorful and so comfortable. ASICS gear is not too easy to find. The easiest place to find them is at outlet malls or their online store, in my opinion. (free shipping on all orders, no minimum). And these shorts have compression shorts on the inside so you don’t have worry about being exposed during leg-lifts and stuff like that 🙂
My shoes are Gel Fortius also from ASICS. They are my first training shoes and I love them. The base allows for easy lateral movements. And check this out: Tony Horton (creator of P90X) has a pair hahaaa I was pretty happy when I saw him wearing them. Anyway they are pretty affordable (for training shoes) and depending on the color you you get, they are even cheaper.
Hope you enjoyed this post. Enjoy the rest of your day.
