For many, this is the time of the year where weight gain begins…Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
And then after New Year, many are going to resolve to get right.
To me, that makes things a little harder. New year resolutions are really hard to stick by in my opinion.
Many fall of their New Year resolutions by the end of the first month and then get back into it in April-ish in an attempt to get their Summer “hot-bod”.
I think it is a lot easier to wake up each day and decide to be better than you were yesterday; shouldn’t matter the time of year.
Each day, eat more fruits, more veggies, walk more, drink more water, less elevators, less fats, etc and before you know it, you’ll be doing plyo push-ups.
Hahahahaaaaa! Like my little transition into push-ups?
But for real, it really is easier to make incremental changes.
