Denim and Tulle

Hello everyone! hope you are having an amazing week.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love Asian dramas. My favorites being Korean, Taiwanese and Thai dramas.

lindsey_borgman2-0068I think my interest started because I didn’t have cable for the longest time and the after that I actually began to thoroughly enjoy them. lindsey_borgman2-0082

What I love about Asian dramas is the fashion. They are so fashion forward and I get so many ideas.

I had bought this tulle skirt about 2 years ago, but had never thought to pair it with a denim shirt.

However, whilst watching my daily Thai drama the main character had this pairing, so I too wanted to try it out and this was the end result.

I love tulle skirts. They are just so girly and fun and I think you can never outgrow a very good tulle skirt. Forever classy and timeless.

I am not one to wear large necklaces. I like simple and subtle jewelry as I feel those tend to be more professional. But I saw this necklace and wanted a change in my closet. And in my humble opinion this pairing worked out very well.

To get free shipping I had to add these earrings and I think they complete the outfit. The outfit as a whole is casual but I think the pairing of the jewelry makes it dressy.

The bag is a little cute, cheap piece i found at Francesca’s. I have seen some high end designers do the corkscrew look. I would not spend a fortune on seasonal pieces like this one is sure to be since I’m sure by next season it will no longer be fashionable.

Although a little pricey, nude sandals are timeless and always relevant. Not the most comfortable but oh so pleasing to the eye. Still trying to figure out how to tie the knot 🙂

Hope you are enjoying the sun and once again thank you so much for taking the time to read our blog.
